On Ancient Poems

Sometimes I wonder
how
few words express
an ocean

Our ancestors
did they know more
or did
their trillions sensory cells
tremble
trillion times
more

observing the same starry sky
the seasons
mountains and rivers
lucrative growths
everything
nature still breathes

We use
more words
to describe
to confine
